Construction and erection of scaffolding
The construction and erection of scaffolding need to follow certain norms and standards to ensure its safety and stability. The following are some common construction and erection requirements:
Foundation treatment: the foundation of the scaffold should be flat and solid, and set up the base and pad. For soft soil foundation, reinforcement measures should be taken.
Vertical pole setting: the vertical pole should be set vertically, and the joints of adjacent vertical poles should be staggered. The bottom of the pole should be provided with a sweeping rod to enhance stability.
Crossbar setting: The crossbar should be set perpendicular to the pole and connected with fasteners. The large crossbar shall be arranged on the inner side of the vertical rod, and the small crossbar shall be arranged close to the vertical rod.
Bracing setting: the bracing shall be set continuously from the bottom to the top, and set up synchronously with the vertical pole, vertical and horizontal horizontal pole, etc.
Wall connection: wall connection is the connection between the scaffold and the building, should be set in accordance with the provisions, in order to enhance the overall stability of the scaffold.
Safety protection: dense mesh safety net shall be hung on the outside of the scaffold, and safety protection facilities such as foot board and protective railing shall be set on the operation layer.
