When using a buckle type scaffold to set up a double row external scaffold, the height should not exceed 24m. If it exceeds 24m, additional design calculations must be conducted.
2. The bottom of the pole should be equipped with an adjustable base. The first floor pole should be arranged in a staggered manner with poles of different lengths, and the vertical distance between the staggered poles should be greater than or equal to 500mm.
3. Along the outer side of the frame, there should be no more than 5 vertical steps, and a vertical diagonal rod should be installed on each floor. Alternatively, steel pipe scissors braces should be installed every 5 steps, and vertical diagonal rods should be installed on each horizontal layer of the end span.
4. The setting of the connecting wall should meet the following requirements. The connecting wall components must use rigid rods that can withstand tensile and compressive loads. The connecting wall components should be tightly connected to scaffolding and building structures. It is strictly prohibited to build or pour concrete before setting up the connecting wall components.
5. For scaffolding with a height exceeding 24m, a throwing brace should be set up every 5 spans. The throwing brace should be erected using clip steel pipes, and the inclination angle between the diagonal rod and the ground should be between 45 ° and 60 °.
During the construction, dismantling, and use of scaffolding, safety protection facilities such as safety nets and guardrails should be installed to ensure the safety of construction personnel.
After the scaffolding is erected, it should be inspected and accepted to confirm compliance with the specifications before it can be put into use.
8. Regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out during use, and any problems found should be rectified in a timely manner to ensure the safety and stability of the scaffold.
