The wheel buckle joint is the core component of the LDJ wheel buckle multifunctional scaffold, consisting of wheel buckles, cross heads, and steel pipes. A wheel buckle is welded to the vertical pole every 0.6 meters, and a cross head is welded to each end of the horizontal rod. When connecting, the cross head at the end of the horizontal rod is inserted into the corresponding hole in the wheel buckle. Due to the design features, it can be locked simply by striking the cross head with a hammer, making it more reliable when the horizontal rod is loaded. Each wheel buckle can simultaneously connect four horizontal rods, which are mutually at 90 degrees.

Quick Assembly

The wheel buckle scaffold adopts a new type of direct-insertion self-locking scaffold system internationally; this system includes horizontal and vertical rods, with no moving parts. The ends of the horizontal rods are equipped with wedge-type pins, and the vertical rods are welded with cross-type connection discs, which have corresponding holes for the wedge-type pins. During use, simply insert the wedge-type pins at both ends of the horizontal rod into the corresponding holes on the connection disc of the vertical rod, and then use a hammer to tighten it. Due to its fast assembly speed, it is also called a quick-connection support frame.
